Asbestos & Environmental Claims - Troy, MI Insurance Claims Specialist Adjuster Examiner Analyst Attorney Environmental Toxic Tort Asbestos Pollution Health Hazard _ . REMOTE WORK FROM HOME AVAILABLE Seeking individual able to lead activities involved in review and resolution of insurance claims related to asbestos exposure, pollution, or other environmental health hazards. Analyze claims for acceptable coverage according to policies, evaluate liability and damages, participate in settlement converences and manage litigation.

Determine reimbursement for clients and ensure on-time delivery of awarded payment. Requires strong knowledge of complex and specialty claims related to environmental health hazards, asbestos exposure, toxic tort, or similar. Bachelors degree or equivalent, JD a plus.
