About the Role
This role is ideal for a legally trained professional who wants to apply law firm experience in a strategic, client-facing capacity. You will partner with large law firms to modernize practice delivery, leverage AI responsibly, and deliver measurable commercial outcomes. Working consultatively, you will build trusted relationships and drive growth across a portfolio of strategic customers.

Responsibilities

  • Own retention, expansion, and cross-sell strategy across a portfolio of large law firms (up to 800+ lawyers) including major strategic customers

  • Build trusted relationships with senior decision-makers, including partners, innovation teams, and C-suite leaders

  • Lead consultative, insight-driven engagements to align customer priorities with tailored solutions

  • Develop deep understanding of customer business models, financial drivers, and legal workflows to inform growth strategies

  • Drive adoption of new approaches and solutions within complex law firm environments

  • Consistently meet or exceed revenue, pipeline, and activity targets through disciplined execution

  • Design and negotiate customized, multi-product offerings addressing complex client needs

  • Deliver executive-level presentations demonstrating ROI, value realization, and strategic impact

Requirements

  • Law degree with 4+ years of practice experience in a law firm environment with 50+ lawyers

  • Experience in areas such as innovation, legal operations, knowledge management, or practice management is beneficial

  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive adoption of new approaches within complex organizations

  • Experience supporting revenue growth, client retention, or strategic initiatives

  • Comfort discussing commercial outcomes and guiding customers toward decisions

  • Working knowledge of generative AI and ability to apply concepts in client conversations

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to operate independently in a remote or hybrid environment

  • Ability to translate technical innovation into clear business value and measurable client outcomes
