The Role:

We are seeking a results-oriented, high-energy Account Manager, Auto to drive client growth and platform adoption within the automotive sector. In this role, you will focus on strengthening dealership relationships, launching impactful pilots, and identifying strategic opportunities to maximize account performance and revenue.


Requirements:

What You’ll Do:

  • Relationship & Account Management: Manage, nurture, and grow automotive accounts to meet and exceed strategic growth targets.
  • Training & Coaching: Conduct dynamic training and onboarding sessions for new dealerships to maximize platform adoption.
  • Pilot Execution & Scaling: Launch, manage, and optimize pilot programs within major auto dealership groups, successfully scaling the Sunbit program across their entire dealership networks.
  • Performance Analysis: Regularly visit dealerships to review Sunbit performance and revenue data at both the group and local level.
  • Strategic Goal Setting: Partner with dealership management and service advisors to establish monthly activity and revenue goals.
  • Business Reviews: Synthesize data to build and deliver impactful Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) for corporate management and dealership leadership teams.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with dedicated Partner Success Managers to unlock local account performance.
  • CRM Data Integrity: Meticulously track and manage all account activity, pipeline progression, and client touchpoints within the CRM.


What You‘ll Bring:

  • Experience: 5+ years of account management or sales experience working with mid-to-large-size automotive dealership groups or major auto retailers.
  • Travel Mobility: Ability and willingness to travel extensively (up to 75% travel, both in and out of state). A valid driver's license is required.
  • Training Acumen: Strong background in coaching, training, or onboarding teams to adopt new technologies or processes.
  • Strategic Capability: Proven experience building account-level business plans and utilizing data/strategic analysis to drive decisions.
  • Technical Savvy: Mastery of the Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and CRM platforms.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to command a room. Proficiency in Spanish is a strong plus.
