Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused professional to join our team in a fully remote role supporting two established insurance agencies. In this role, you will help manage an existing book of business while focusing on client retention, renewals, appointment scheduling, and financial services support. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable balancing responsibilities across two agency locations while delivering a high level of customer care.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage and service an existing book of business
