• Conduct thorough psychological assessments to understand each patient’s unique circumstances and needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, utilizing evidence-based therapies and family systems approaches.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress in compliance with clinical and state regulations.
• Coordinate discharge planning and aftercare strategies to facilitate smooth transitions for patients returning to their daily lives.
• Build and strengthen a robust referral network to attract and retain new patients, fostering community engagement and outreach.
• Exhibit strong active listening skills to ensure that patients feel heard and understood, fostering therapeutic rapport.
• Provide support and consultation to families, equipping them with tools and resources to promote ongoing mental health in their homes.

As a Remote Mental Health Counselor, you will work with a diverse patient population that includes individuals and families grappling with various mental health challenges. These may encompass anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other emotional difficulties. Our integrated approach focuses on providing holistic care, recognizing the impact of family dynamics on each patient's mental health journey.

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of California.
• Demonstrated expertise and commitment to delivering high-quality patient-centered care.

• Prior experience delivering telehealth services or remote counseling, particularly in an outpatient setting.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices and family systems therapy.
• Experience in discharge planning and aftercare coordination within a community health framework.

• Competitive salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually, dependent on caseload and experience.
