Job description

Senior HVAC Design Technician         
REMOTE 
Benefits: Standard Medical, Dental, 401(k)       
Pay Range: $55.00 /hr. - $60.00 /hr.      
Summary: We’re looking for a Senior HVAC Design Technician who can step in and contribute immediately. In this role, you’ll collaborate with multidisciplinary design and engineering teams to lead the development of complex industrial HVAC and Process Exhaust systems for advanced facilities.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead design, layout, and routing of industrial building mechanical systems
  • Develop P&IDs, plans, sections, and construction details
  • Perform design tasks across planning, concept, and detailed design
  • Coordinate directly with clients, contractors, and internal disciplines
  • Apply expert knowledge of building mechanical systems and codes to ensure quality and accuracy

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 8+ years of AutoCAD design experience
  • 4+ years of Revit design experience
  • 5+ years of industrial building mechanical design experience
  • Strong working knowledge of U.S. Mechanical Codes, specifically the International Mechanical Code (IMC).
  • Demonstrated ability to independently execute design packages with minimal supervision
