UX UI Designer
360training is seeking an experienced UX/UI Designer to join our Marketing team. This role works in a hybrid marketing and UX/UI design role, creating engaging marketing and digital assets as well as intuitive website user interface designs.
Working as part of an in-house team (with an agency-style fast-paced environment), this designer helps produce social media graphics, banners, landing pages, and sales collateral while also designing website visuals, user flows, and interactive prototypes.
They collaborate closely with stakeholders and developers to ensure a cohesive brand experience across all digital touchpoints, elevating both the company’s marketing materials, brand, and its UX/UI. This role requires balancing creative graphic production with user-centered design thinking, using tools like Figma daily to iterate on design systems and deliver consistent, high-quality visuals.
Primary outcomes include delivering on-brand marketing assets, improving live site UX/UI, and supporting consistent adoption of the design system.You will report to the Senior Creative Manager within the Marketing Services team. This position is full-time and remote.
Core responsibilities
Design Digital amp; Print Assets
  • Create a variety of marketing and digital assets, including social media graphics, web banners, email templates, landing pages, and sales collateral, that adhere to brand guidelines and effectively communicate campaign messages. Ensure each asset is visually compelling and aligned with overall brand identity across print and digital channels.
Website UX/UI Design
  • Develop user-centered interface designs for responsive web experiences. This includes crafting user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups or prototypes in Figma to ensure intuitive, engaging user experiences that balance aesthetics with usability.
  • Executes assigned work and escalates scope, requirements gaps, or cross-project conflicts to the Senior UX/UI Designer.
Maintain Design Systems amp; Consistency
  • Work within and contribute to the company’s design system and style guides. Use component libraries and design tokens in Figma to maintain a cohesive look and feel across all outputs, from marketing materials to UI. Ensure consistency in typography, color, and layout in every project. Document system gaps and propose improvements through the established governance process.
Quality Assurance amp; Best Practices
  • Review and proof all design outputs for accuracy and polish before publication or development handoff. Ensure that designs follow usability and accessibility best practices. Optimize graphics for different screen sizes to be responsive and user-friendly, and adhering to any relevant standards.
Research amp; Issue Discovery
  • Review live pages and competitor experiences to identify usability issues, inconsistent UI patterns, and areas for improvement. Document findings and recommend actionable updates that can improve clarity, engagement, conversion, and overall user experience.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand campaign goals and with software developers to implement designs. Translate requirements into visual concepts and iterate based on feedback, ensuring designs are technically feasible and aligned with user needs.
Asset Organization amp; File Management
  • Maintain organized files, libraries, source documents, and exports for easy access, reuse, and efficient workflows. Ensure project files are consistently named, stored, and structured to support cross-team collaboration.
Sprint/ticket execution
  • Participate in sprint-based planning and delivery, including bi-weekly Sprint Nights, and complete assigned tickets (site updates, UI fixes, content/layout changes) with strong attention to detail.
Presentations amp; Stakeholder Feedback
  • Present design concepts, prototypes, and visual ideas to stakeholders and justify design decisions. Clearly communicate the rationale behind design choices and incorporate stakeholder feedback while upholding user experience best practices.
Qualifications
  • 3–5+ years of design experience (marketing, web, or agency experience is a plus).
  • Portfolio showing both marketing creative (ads, social, banners, collateral) and UX/UI work (wireframes, UI designs, prototypes)
  • Proficient in Figma for UX/UI design and prototyping, plus Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Experience designing for both digital and print; strong sense of typography, layout, and brand.
  • Strong foundation in visual design principles and UX fundamentals (typography, layout, branding, interaction design, responsive patterns)
  • Working knowledge of front-end constraints (responsive behavior, basic HTML/CSS awareness) to produce implementation-ready designs
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with marketing, product, and development teams; able to explain decisions and iterate on feedback
  • User-centered, detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • E-commerce experience preferred, especially designing for product pages, checkout flows, conversion paths, and online purchase experiences
