Responsibilities may include developing infection control policies, providing virtual training, analyzing infection data, and ensuring compliance with regulations. This role often requires collaboration with healthcare teams, infection preventionists, and regulatory bodies. Strong knowledge of infectious diseases, epidemiology, and public health guidelines is essential. • Maintain accurate documentation and protect patient privacy in accordance with HIPAA

What You'll BringRequirements
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred
  • Active Registered Nurse license in California, or ability to obtain California licensure prior to start date
  • 1+ year of healthcare, clinical, or patient-facing experience
  • Experience using EMR systems, clinical messaging tools, and Google Workspace
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and empathetically with patients
  • Ability to manage multiple patient messages and tasks while staying organized and detail-oriented
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, virtual care environment
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, secure workspace suitable for handling confidential patient information
Nice to Have
  • RN licensure in New York and/or Arizona
  • Telehealth, primary care, women's health, or ambulatory care experience
  • Experience with medication refills, lab results, imaging follow-up, or clinical triage
