As a Remote Inbound Insurance Sales representative, your daily responsibilities include answering incoming calls or inquiries from prospective customers, assessing their insurance needs, and providing product recommendations that suit those needs. You will guide clients through the application process, provide quotes, and help close sales, all while documenting interactions in CRM systems. You may also follow up on warm leads, maintain an up-to-date knowledge of insurance products, and work closely with your team via virtual meetings.
