The Project Coordinator, Implementation is responsible for responsible for coordinating and organizing the implementation of Beckman's product portfolio. If you thrive in a fast-paced multifunctional role and want to work to build a world-class implementations project management organization-read on.

This position reports to the Senior Manager, Implementation Project Management and is part of the SolutionsONE organization and will be fully remote.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Provide support to project managers, assisting them in various project-related tasks.
  • Coordinate instrument delivery projects, ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of instruments to customers.
  • Coordinate the implementation timelines and dates for water, UPS, and compressor systems for project sites.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Bachelor's Degree in field with preference for 1-2 years of experience.
  • Previous experience in scheduling or project management, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in all project-related activities
  • Proficiency in data entry and analysis, ensuring accurate and reliable project information

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

Familiarity with Smartsheet or MS Project is a plus, as it will contribute to efficient project planning and execution.

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

  • Ability to travel Monday-Friday 10-20% nationally
  • Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record

The hourly range for this role is $35-$39. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
