Remote Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - Multi-State / School-Based
Location: Remote - United States
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: $77,000 - $90,000, based on school-year calendar, experience, specialty, and geographic region

SPG Therapy & Education is seeking experienced Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to provide high-quality, school-based services through our growing remote therapy program.
This is an opportunity for SLPs who want the flexibility of working remotely while making a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families. Our remote clinicians collaborate closely with students, families, teachers, and IEP teams while receiving the clinical support, mentorship, and professional development that SPG is known for.
We are actively building our remote SLP team to support students in California, Texas, Arizona, New Mexico, Nevada, and additional markets as we expand.

What You'll Do
  • Provide ethically and legally defensible school-based speech-language services through a remote delivery model
  • Conduct assessments and develop comprehensive evaluation reports
  • Develop and implement IEP goals and provide services aligned with student needs
  • Collaborate with students, parents, teachers, administrators, and IEP teams
  • Recommend service delivery modifications, accommodations, and strategies to support student success
  • Maintain accurate therapy documentation, data collection, attendance records, and service logs
  • Participate in multidisciplinary collaboration and other clinical or special projects as assigned

What We're Looking For
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current California SLP license to provide services to California students
  • Current SLP license/authorization in the state where you reside
  • Ability to maintain all required licenses and professional credentials necessary to provide services remotely
  • Previous school-based SLP experience strongly preferred
  • Previous teletherapy and/or tele-assessment experience strongly preferred
  • Strong technology skills and comfort providing services through a virtual platform
  • Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently while remaining highly engaged with students and school teams
  • Fingerprint background clearance and TB clearance as required

Multi-State Licensure Is a Plus
We are especially interested in SLPs who hold licenses to practice in multiple states, particularly in California as well as:
Texas | Arizona | New Mexico | Nevada
