Huntington Ventures is the corporate venture and strategic growth arm of one of the largest regional banks in the country. We build and acquire. We partner with fintech companies, evaluate strategic investments, and execute deals that shape where financial services is headed. Our team sits at the intersection of capital, technology, and emerging growth strategy, working directly with senior leadership to move fast and execute with excellence.

The Position

We're looking for a Ventures Diligence and Implementation Manager to own the end-to-end execution of our most consequential programs , from first-look due diligence through go-live. You'll coordinate cross-functional teams across the organization, drive alignment between business leaders and technical partners, and be the person who makes complex deals actually materialize.

You'll report to the Ventures Program Director and work across every major business segment, touching strategic partnerships, investments, and non-bank M&A.

What You'll Do

  • Lead due diligence and implementation planning for Ventures programs including strategic partnerships, investments, and M&A transactions
  • Build and drive cross-functional workstreams, keeping business leaders, sponsors, and operational partners moving toward the same finish line
  • Serve as the program-level advisor ensuring delivery is on time, on scope, and within budget , while governance stays intact
  • Identify risks early, develop mitigation plans, and escalate with clear recommendations when needed
  • Direct program teams across projects and operations, maintaining accountability at every stage

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or finance field
  • 7+ years of experience in strategy consulting, banking, or financial services
  • 7+ years leading due diligence and implementation for strategic partnerships or corporate development with exposure to M&A

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience managing programs of varying scale, from targeted partnerships to complex integrations
  • Comfort leading cross-functional work that spans both business and technology
  • Clear, confident communicator, you can distill complex status and risks into what leadership needs to hear
  • Fluency in both business and technical requirements, you can gather specs and translate them
  • Strong command of project lifecycle methodologies including Waterfall, Agile/Scrum, and iterative approaches
  • You don't need perfect conditions to lead; you perform well when the path isn't fully defined yet

Compensation Range:

$93000- $189000 Annual Salary

The compensation range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and education. Colleagues in this position are also eligible to participate in an applicable incentive compensation plan. In addition, Huntington provides a variety of benefits to colleagues, including health insurance coverage, wellness program, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plan, paid leave programs, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
