One of our clients is Rush In Documentation Center. Established in 1994, the company specializes in immigration consulting, notary services, visa assistance, and more. With over 30 years of experience and 185,000+ successful cases, they are known for certified professionals, personalized service, and commitment to excellence.
Currently, the team is looking for a full-time, remote Sales Representative to join the sales department (currently consisting of 3 team members).

The planned start date for this position is in the second half of January, with a preferred start around January 10th or 15th.
As a Sales Representative at Rush-In Documentation Center, your responsibilities will include:
  • Working with new inbound and outbound leads;
  • Conducting sales via phone calls, emails, and SMS;
  • Following up consistently with prospects;
  • Learning and confidently selling multiple services offered by the company;
  • Maintaining accurate records of interactions and deals;
  • Following internal sales scripts, instructions, and processes;
  • Collaborating closely with the team to close deals;
  • Meeting and exceeding individual sales targets.

What will set you up for success:
Hard Skills:
  • Experience in sales with new clients;
  • Confident communication in email and phone sales;
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple leads simultaneously.
Soft Skills:
  • English (at least B2 level) - you have strong verbal and written communication skills for phone interactions;
  • Russian proficiency - you can effectively communicate with Russian-speaking clients of Rush-In Documentation (80% of the client base);
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills - you can track tasks and meet deadlines consistently;
  • Independence and self-sufficiency - you can manage tasks autonomously and efficiently;
  • Emotional intelligence;

  • Ability to work in a team and rely on others when needed.
What a Typical Workday Looks Like:
  • 7:00 AM (LA time): start of the workday;
  • First 1.5 hours: sending all follow-ups (email, SMS, calls);
  • Midday:
  • Active outreach
  • Calls with leads (about 50 calls per day, using CallTracking Metrics)
  • SMS and email communication
  • Breaks: two paid 15-minute breaks (included in the 8-hour workday);
  • 3:00 PM (LA time): end of the workday.

Probation period: 1-month probation period.
