Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, a national law firm with offices in all 50 States, has immediate openings for multiple Environmental/Toxic Tort Attorneys with 3+ years of substantive experience with our Northern California offices. These positions may present a remote (work from home) or hybrid opportunity.

We are a collegial and dedicated group of environmental and toxic tort lawyers who work together to achieve the best possible results for our clients, some of the most well-known businesses in the world. The ideal candidates must have at least three (3) to eight (8) years of substantive litigation experience (including taking depositions and/or arguing motions in court) in one or more of the following subject areas: CERCLA; RCRA; silica; talc & asbestos; nuisance & trespass; complex litigation; tort and products liability; general environmental and toxic tort. Cannabis experience is a plus. Candidates must be team players with strong academic credentials and be self-starters who feel ready to handle cases with limited supervision.

Candidates must be licensed and admitted to practice in California.

Our current national base salary ranges are:

  • Associates (approximately 1-6+ years): $100,000โ€“$165,000;
  • Senior Counsel/Of Counsel (approximately 5 years or more): $140,000โ€“$215,000;
  • Partners (approximately 7 years or more): $190,000โ€“$275,000+.

Actual compensation is tailored to each individual and may vary based on factors such as experience, skills, practice area, business generation, work arrangement, and geographic market.
