Job Summary

Associate Attorney ( Wage/Hourly)

TEEMA

Responsibilities

  • Provide legal counsel on wage and hourly employment law matters.

  • Conduct thorough research on employment law cases and precedents.

  • Represent clients in negotiations and mediations.

  • Prepare and present cases in court when necessary.

  • Draft and review legal documents related to wage and hourly disputes.

  • Stay updated on changes in employment law regulations.


Experience/Qualifications

Juris Doctor Degree

Active California License

3-7 years experience in Employment Law

Plaintiff side Class Action

PAGA

  • Expertise in wage and hourly employment law regulations and compliance.

  • Ability to conduct comprehensive legal research on employment law cases.

  • Proven track record of achieving individual performance targets.

  • Strong negotiation and mediation skills to represent clients effectively.

  • Proficiency in drafting and reviewing legal documents related to wage disputes.

  • Ability to develop and maintain client relationships for satisfaction and retention.
