The Impact You'll Make in this Role
As a(n) Global Coding and Computer Assisted Coding Business Manager, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
  • Having full P&L, growth and client success for one of our largest product growth areas in our division
  • Lead business decisions and provide direction to product development resources, leads new product and successful commercialization efforts
  • Work closely with our development teams to ensure we deliver accurate, complete and compliant codes to our customers at a high volume for the inpatient and outpatient service lines at hospitals
  • Work with our implementation group to ensure we Implement product successfully, and delivers the contracted value for our customers
  • Supports customer facing teams, prioritizing and educating on new features, works with sales team on sales
  • Drives thought leadership on autonomous coding at industry events, leads voice of customer sessions, contributes to blogs, webinars on a regular basis.
  • Successfully manage a large team
  • Expand these products in the international market
  • Be an industry thought leader

Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher AND (10) years of hospital revenue cycle experience or equivalent experience building and commercializing revenue cycle coding solutions with success.

AND
In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:
  • 3 years of product experience
  • 5+ years of management experience
  • 5 years working with our 360 Encompass and coding solutions
  • Familiarity with P&L responsibilities and a proven track record for growth
  • Experience with the NPI process for new product introduction
  • Proven ability to lead large teams

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
  • Ability to demonstrate that you are an industry leader in hospital-based coding
  • Strong public speaking skills in healthcare environments
  • Complete understanding of hospital purchasing and sales processes

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $211,600 - $290,950, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position.
