If you're passionate about creating meaningful employee programs, simplifying complex benefits information, and building strong vendor partnerships, we'd love to hear from you!

What You'll Do

  • Lead the administration of employee benefit programs, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, retirement, wellness, and voluntary benefits.
  • Own open enrollment planning and execution, including communications, employee education, system readiness, and post-enrollment support.
  • Manage employee eligibility, enrollments, life events, escalations, and benefit-related inquiries.
  • Develop clear, employee-friendly benefits resources and communication materials.
  • Build and manage relationships with brokers, carriers, wellness providers, and recognition partners.
  • Conduct monthly benefits audits and reporting to ensure accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence.
  • Partner with Payroll and internal stakeholders to ensure benefit deductions and eligibility data remain accurate and timely.
  • Lead service award, recognition, wellbeing, and employee experience initiatives that drive engagement and retention.
  • Support organizational growth and acquisitions through benefits integration and employee communication planning.
  • Analyze employee feedback, participation trends, and utilization data to recommend program enhancements.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Benefits Administration, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in benefits administration, total rewards, HR operations, employee experience, or vendor management.
  • Experience administering benefits for a multi-state workforce.
  • Strong knowledge of benefits administration systems and vendor platforms; Paycom experience preferred.
  • Ability to translate complex benefits information into clear, engaging employee communications.
  • Proven project management skills with experience leading programs such as open enrollment, recognition, service awards, and wellbeing initiatives.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with employees, leaders, vendors, brokers, and carriers.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and ability to manage confidential information.
