POSITION SUMMARY
The HR Intern will offer hands-on experience in various areas of HR, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, onboarding, compliance, and day-to-day HR operations. The HR Intern will work closely with professionals passionate about supporting people and building a strong workplace culture.


PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Collaborate with HR team members and business stakeholders to complete assigned projects/tasks in each department.
Support ongoing job description project, which includes updating all company job descriptions, auditing current job descriptions, and documenting the processes.
Support emerging career initiatives, including coordinating interviews and contacting applicants.
Research industry trends and summarize findings.
Provide administrative and coordination support to the HR team.
Review and complete the timesheet correction forms.
Tracking harassment training for new hires.
Create forms highlighting CFP's company culture.
Other projects and assignments as requested.


EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
High-school Diploma required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
Demonstrated strength with interpersonal dynamics and an interest in supporting a team.
Must be detail-oriented, well-organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Good communication and interpersonal skills that enable you to work in cross-functional teams.
Capable of managing initiatives and projects, adapting priorities and responsibilities to meet evolving business needs.
