This role is 100% remote, allowing counselors to provide telehealth services from the comfort of their own home or any location they choose. You will have full administrative support, allowing you to focus on patient care rather than paperwork.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Applying diverse therapeutic modalities to address emotional and behavioral disorders for individuals and families.
• Conducting comprehensive mental health assessments to develop detailed treatment plans and initial discharge strategies.
• Facilitating individual, group, and family therapy sessions tailored to meet the specific needs outlined in client treatment plans.
• Documenting therapy services accurately and in compliance with facility and professional standards.
• Managing and maintaining an assigned caseload while prioritizing patient safety and satisfaction.
• Participating actively in treatment team meetings and collaborating with fellow clinicians to enhance service delivery.
• Adapting treatment plans as necessary based on client progress and feedback.
• Exploring and addressing client complaints or needs to ensure an optimal therapeutic experience.

This position will involve working with a varied client population, including adults, adolescents, and families. You will apply your skills to assess and treat a wide range of mental health challenges, facilitating positive outcomes in a supportive environment. To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related Human Services field.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Tennessee.
• A commitment to adhering to ethical standards and maintaining confidentiality in all client interactions.

Ideal candidates will have at least two years of professional experience in mental health counseling, with a proven track record of working with diverse populations including both adults and children. Experience utilizing telehealth platforms for therapy sessions is highly desirable.
