Job description

Contingent USTDA opportunity - South and Southeast Asia Aviation Infrastructure Project Scoping Mission (1131PL26R0063).
Role: Air Navigation, CNS/ATM and Airspace Modernization Specialist
Accountability: Scope surveillance, navigation, communications, digital tower and airspace interfaces.
Required evidence: 10+ years CNS/ATM/ATC; ICAO/FAA standards; safety-critical system requirements.
Preferred: Asia modernization; certification; human factors.
  • Four-year period of performance; intermittent, assignment-based work.
  • Remote work with possible travel in South and Southeast Asia.
  • U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident required for proposal eligibility.
  • Submit a current resume limited to three pages and identify 2-3 directly relevant projects.
