Preferred Experience:
  • 3+ years supporting UKG Pro and IBM Cognos Analytics environments.
  • Experience creating and maintaining HR reports, dashboards, and data solutions.

  • Background supporting system administration, troubleshooting, testing, and configuration.

Technical Skills:
  • Advanced SQL skills, including complex joins and data validation techniques.
  • Experience with HRIS reporting, data analysis, and reporting frameworks.
  • Knowledge of HR data structures, integrations, and system functionality.
  • Ability to identify trends, analyze issues, and recommend practical solutions.

Professional Skills:
  • Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
