We’re seeking experienced Pharmacy Technicians to support patients and providers by resolving prescription issues, processing orders, and delivering exceptional customer service in a fast‐paced call center environment.

Job: Remote Pharmacy Technician – Customer Service (Florida)

Location: Remote (Florida Only)

Pay: $21/hr.



Responsibilities

  • Handle escalated pharmacy inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
  • Resolve prescription delays, insurance rejections, and shipment issues.
  • Enter and process prescriptions accurately; perform pharmaceutical calculations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintain HIPAA compliance and document all interactions.


Qualifications

  • Active Florida Registered Pharmacy Technician license.
  • Pharmacy Technician Certification (RPT/CPhT) preferred.
  • 2+ years healthcare or pharmacy experience.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to navigate multiple systems.
