• Individual and Group Therapy: Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and trauma-focused therapy. Tailor therapeutic interventions to meet the unique needs of each client.
• Case Management: Assist clients in navigating community resources, including healthcare access, employment services, and housing opportunities. Provide advocacy and support to ensure clients receive appropriate services.
• Crisis Intervention: Offer immediate support to clients experiencing acute emotional distress, utilizing effective stabilization strategies and crisis management techniques.
• Treatment Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans that reflect the unique needs and treatment goals of clients. Regularly review and modify these plans as necessary.
• Assessment and Diagnosis: Conduct thorough mental health assessments and diagnostic evaluations. Utilize findings to inform treatment strategies tailored to each client's needs.
• Collaborative Care: Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to ensure a cohesive and coordinated approach to client care.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with ethical standards, state regulations, and organizational policies, ensuring that client records are confidential and secure.
• Professional Development: Participate in ongoing education and training opportunities to remain updated on the latest therapeutic techniques, ethical practices, and industry standards.

In this role, you will engage with a diverse array of clients, including individuals dealing with trauma, grief, anxiety, and other mental health challenges. Your expertise will allow you to work effectively with various populations, including adolescents, the LGBTQ+ community, and families facing multidimensional stressors. This position emphasizes culturally competent care, and you will be encouraged to respect and address the unique backgrounds and experiences of each client.

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
• Current, unrestricted licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Georgia.
• At least 2 years of experience providing clinical social work services in an outpatient, clinical, or healthcare environment.
• Strong therapeutic, assessment, and case management skills, with a proven ability to create effective client-centered treatment plans.

• Experience or specialization in trauma-informed care, grief counseling, family therapy, or work with specific populations (e.g., adolescents, LGBTQ+, etc.).
• Demonstrated ability to engage clients effectively through various therapeutic modalities.
• Prior experience in a community health setting is desirable.
