Job description

Job Title: Customer Service Representative Type: Contract Compensation: $20/hr Work Model: Remote – offsite Hours: 12pm-8:30pm CST

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service related to sales, sales promotions, and communications
  • Engage, interact, and respond promptly, accurately, courteously, and professionally to foster positive business relationships with internal and external customers
  • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, documenting inquiries, complaints, comments, and actions taken in Sales Force/ARO Manager
  • Read emails and purchase orders to determine the type of sale
  • Apply POs to the T&E OPA BOT for PO application
  • Provide confirmation of PO application
  • Release POs from GHX Portal
  • Send frequent emails to customers for PO collections
  • Process surgery cases for replenishments and billing
  • Sort incoming emails from the main team inbox to the appropriate CSR
  • Support multiple administrative and customer service tasks as needed

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Proficiency in email communication and basic computer applications
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools preferred
  • Ability to work under occasional Sundays and mandatory overtime when fully trained
  • High school diploma or GED required
