We are seeking a Customer Solutions Coordinator based in the Miami / Ft. Lauderdale area to support our growing Multi-Housing and Hospitality segments. This role plays a critical part in bridging sales and execution-ensuring a seamless, high-quality customer experience from initial quote through installation and beyond.
This is a remote, field-based position with regular travel throughout Florida and the Southeast region. #LI-Remote
As our Customer Solutions Coordinator, you will:
  • Partner with Field Sales Reps to support active opportunities and existing accounts
  • Help move deals forward through coordination, follow-ups, and customer communication
  • Assistwith basic design coordination, quoting, and order readiness
  • Support on-site installation follow-up and act as a customer-facing point of contact
  • Conduct post-install walk-throughs and basic product training with customers
  • Identifyand escalate issues early to ensure a smooth customer experience
What Life Fitness / Hammer Strength is looking for in our Customer Solutions Coordinator:
  • 0-3 years of experiencein sales support, customer-facing roles, hospitality, construction coordination, or similar
  • Strong organization, communication, and follow-through skills

The salary range for this position, intended for U.S. applicants, is $48,700 - $67,800 annually.This role is categorized as non-exempt and eligible for overtime in accordance with applicable law.The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities. The salary range reflected is based on a primary work location of Fort Lauderdale, FL and the actual salary may vary for applicants in a different geographic location.
