Job description

We are seeking organized, customer-focused individuals who enjoy travel and helping others plan memorable experiences. In this remote role, you will help clients research destinations, compare travel options, coordinate reservations, and manage trip details.

Previous travel industry experience is not required. We provide training, resources, and ongoing support.

Responsibilities

* Assist clients with researching and planning vacations

* Research destinations, resorts, cruises, accommodations, and travel options

* Coordinate reservations and trip details

* Communicate with clients throughout the planning and booking process

* Maintain accurate client and reservation information

* Stay informed about travel destinations, promotions, and supplier updates

* Provide friendly and professional customer service

Qualifications

* Strong communication and customer service skills

* Organized with attention to detail

* Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

* Comfortable using computers and online systems

* Willingness to learn new booking platforms and travel resources

* Dependable and able to manage tasks independently

* Interest in travel and helping others

* Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, travel, or sales is helpful but not required
