Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Remote Hospitality & Travel Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you will assist clients with planning travel experiences, coordinating accommodations, and organizing itineraries that align with their needs and preferences. You'll work closely with clients and travel partners to ensure each experience is smooth, well-organized, and enjoyable from start to finish. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hospitality, organization, communication, and helping others create memorable travel experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and coordinate travel options including hotels, resorts, transportation, and activities
  • Prepare and organize quotes, proposals, and itinerary details
  • Communicate with clients to gather travel preferences and answer general inquiries
  • Coordinate with hospitality and travel partners to confirm bookings and arrangements
  • Maintain accurate client records and reservation documentation
