• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and screenings during intake to identify mental health challenges, develop appropriate treatment plans, and establish therapy goals.

• A valid and active state license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Psychologist.
• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field. A Master’s or Doctoral degree is preferred and may be required for certain licensure.
• Thorough knowledge of mental health disorders and effective counseling techniques, especially in a remote therapy setting.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective engagement with patients and collaboration within a diverse team.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities that support outpatient mental health care.
• Proven ability to manage a diverse caseload, work with various patient demographics, and implement prioritization strategies in a fast-paced environment.

• Previous experience working in an outpatient mental health setting, preferably with a troubled or diverse patient demographic.
• Experience in teletherapy, utilizing virtual platforms to deliver therapy and counseling services effectively.
• Background in community outreach initiatives aimed at promoting mental health awareness and education.
