This is a full-time remote position, allowing for a flexible schedule that supports work-life balance. You will be a member of a dynamic outpatient office team, working collaboratively with colleagues to engage and support clients effectively. • Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans, utilizing evidence-based practices to address client needs.
• Work with clients to design pre-crisis and crisis intervention strategies, behavioral guidelines, and risk assessment documents.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation to ensure compliance with state and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to implement strategies for positive behavior support, ensuring each client receives coordinated care.
• Actively engage in internal quality assurance processes, participating in agency licensing and accreditation efforts.
• Serve as a liaison with pertinent service systems, providing resources and support to clients according to their unique situations.
• Develop and uphold relationships with state agencies and local organizations to foster program development and secure potential partnerships.
• Engage in professional development by attending relevant conferences and training, enhancing your knowledge and expertise in mental health counseling.
• Promote the agency’s mission and values through active participation in the community and collaboration with stakeholders.
• Carry out other related responsibilities as directed by the Clinic Director.

The clients you will work with may represent a diverse range of ages, backgrounds, and mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. • Master’s Degree in a behavioral health field or related area is required.
• Must possess a current independent LMHC license as recognized by the Oregon state licensing board.
• Proficient in maintaining clinical records and generating insightful reports that reflect client progress.
• Strong collaborative skills with a history of working effectively within interdisciplinary team settings.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
• Sound judgment and the capacity to make independent decisions aligned with professional best practices.

• Experience in counseling individuals facing mental health and substance use challenges.
• Previous work in a crisis intervention role, equipped with the skills to address urgent client needs.
• Familiarity with community resources and services available for mental health support.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 86,000 to 103,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive compensation, Grace Hospital offers a robust benefits package that includes:
