• Perform comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status and emotional needs, utilizing standardized assessment tools.
• Create and execute personalized treatment plans that are tailored to the specific goals and situations of each client, regularly reviewing and adjusting as necessary to ensure progress.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual, family, and group therapy sessions, focusing on techniques that foster behavioral change and emotional healing.
• Monitor client progress through systematic tracking, employing outcome measures to identify areas of success and those requiring further attention.
• Implement crisis intervention as necessary, equipping clients with tools and strategies to manage immediate challenges effectively.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, ensuring compliance with all legal and ethical standards within the field.
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team comprising psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to deliver well-rounded care that meets clients' diverse needs.
• Stay informed about the latest advancements in mental health practices and research, attending relevant training for continuous professional development.
• Engage in regular supervision and peer consultation to enhance clinical competencies and therapeutic techniques.

Our clientele consists of individuals from varied backgrounds facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. As a mental health counselor in this role, you will provide support to a diverse group of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families, helping them navigate their unique struggles and achieve their treatment goals.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.
• Current licensure to practice as a Mental Health Therapist in the state (LMFT, LCPC, LCSW).
• Proficiency in clinical assessment and diagnostic skills, with a strong emphasis on individualized treatment approaches.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that facilitate effective client relationships and foster trust.
• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and commitment to promoting client well-being throughout the therapeutic process.

We require a minimum of three years of relevant experience in the mental health field, which may include settings such as outpatient clinics, hospitals, or private practices, showcasing your capacity to provide diverse therapeutic methodologies and engage with challenging cases successfully.
