• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans leveraging evidence-based interventions.
• Provide therapeutic counseling using solution-focused techniques to address clients' unique mental health needs.
• Maintain meticulous clinical records in compliance with regulatory standards, while ensuring timely documentation for all client interactions.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, engaging in joint case consultations and peer reviews to enhance the quality of care.
• Educate and empower patients and their families about mental health issues, encouraging proactive engagement in their treatment.

Your primary focus will be on individuals and families in hospice care, facing emotional and psychological challenges associated with life-limiting illnesses. You will work with a diverse array of clients, responding with empathy and tailored interventions to meet their specific emotional needs. By fostering a supportive space, you will help clients navigate their diagnoses and enhance their overall experience during this critical time.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• A valid LCSW license in the state of New York is essential.
• At least 3 years of clinical experience specializing in psychotherapy, particularly in palliative or hospice settings.
• Proficiency in solution-focused therapy interventions.
• Demonstrated excellence in communication skills and problem-solving capabilities.
• A collaborative spirit and a commitment to continuous professional development.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually and is complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.
