This position is fully remote, allowing for flexibility while enabling our clinical social workers to provide quality care from their own environments. The work facility primarily centers around hospice care, where clinical social workers engage with clients and their families who are experiencing grief, loss, and other emotional struggles related to terminal illness.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health needs, developing tailored treatment plans that address both psychological and emotional concerns.
• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions utilizing evidenced-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to create a holistic treatment framework for patients, ensuring seamless communication and integration of care.
• Keep meticulous and timely client records, including assessing progress and adapting treatment plans as necessary to reflect ongoing needs.
• Engage in professional development through regular supervision sessions and continuing education opportunities, enhancing clinical competencies to meet the evolving demands of high-quality care.
• Adhere strictly to state and federal legal requirements, as well as ethical standards outlined by relevant professional organizations.

The ideal candidate will work closely with individuals in hospice care, addressing complex emotional needs arising from terminal illness. • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is mandatory.
• A valid and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of New Jersey.

• Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities effectively.
