As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Engaging with clients in therapeutic sessions to establish and meet personalized treatment goals.
• Implementing evidence-based therapeutic techniques oriented towards prevention and recovery.
• Continuously reviewing and adapting treatment plans in collaboration with clients and their support systems.
• Coordinating with multidisciplinary treatment providers and placement agencies when necessary to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, session notes, and treatment updates in our electronic health record (EHR) system.
• Participating in regular staff meetings to share insights, foster teamwork, and contribute to a positive team culture.

To join our team, you must meet the following qualifications:

• Demonstrated ability to build rapport and trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Proficient in using digital tools and telehealth platforms to facilitate therapy sessions and maintain client records.

While a minimum of two years’ experience in mental health counseling is required, preference will be given to candidates who have:

• Experience in providing telehealth services, particularly in a remote setting.
• Familiarity with community mental health resources for client referrals and collaboration.
• A background working with specific populations or issues, such as trauma, anxiety, depression, or family dynamics.
