• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand your clients' mental health concerns, ensuring the development of effective and individualized treatment plans.
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions employing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care tailored to the specific needs of each client.
• Set and review therapeutic goals collaboratively with clients, monitoring their progress and making necessary adjustments to treatment plans over time.
• Utilize teletherapy platforms to offer virtual sessions, accommodating clients who prefer remote services or face mobility and transportation issues.
• Maintain precise and timely documentation in line with ethical standards, encompassing client notes and treatment progress, to ensure compliance with both industry regulations and organizational policies.
• Participate in ongoing training sessions and professional development opportunities to continually enhance your skills and familiarize yourself with emerging best practices in mental health therapy.

The clinic serves a diverse group of adult clients suffering from various mental health challenges, primarily focusing on those experiencing grief and loss, anxiety disorders, and depressive symptoms. You will work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic support to clients, addressing their mental health needs within the context of their entire life experience. Your role directly affects their journey toward healing and emotional resilience.

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or hold a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating the establishment of a safe, trusting therapeutic relationship.
• An empathetic and compassionate approach, ensuring a non-judgmental attitude when supporting clients through their unique experiences and challenges.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills that promote effective case load management and administrative efficiency.

• Experience working within a hospice setting or with clients experiencing terminal illness and grief-related issues is preferred.
• Familiarity with teletherapy tools and practices to effectively engage with clients remotely is also a plus.
• Previous involvement in interprofessional collaboration amongst healthcare providers to deliver holistic care would be beneficial.
