• Serve as a clinician, addressing the needs of clients struggling with mental health issues both remotely and in community settings.
• Collaborate effectively with healthcare providers and other team members to develop individualized care plans tailored to each client's needs.
• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings, ensuring that all data gathered is used to inform treatment and care strategies.
• Implement brief yet impactful prevention, treatment, and recovery services to enhance client well-being.
• Maintain a manageable caseload with a focus on individual and group therapy sessions, assessing progress, and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Participate actively in team meetings and committees aimed at improving service delivery and quality care within the organization.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and supervision to enhance clinical skills and maintain high-quality standards of care.

You will primarily work with clients from diverse backgrounds experiencing various mental health challenges. As part of Holistic Happiness Counseling Solutions, you will focus on delivering care to individuals in under-served areas, ensuring that your services are empathetic, culturally informed, and accessible. Your role will directly impact these individuals' lives, as you help them navigate their challenges and empower them towards recovery.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or a related field is required.
• Valid LCSW licensure in the state of Georgia.
• A minimum of two years of experience providing mental health services in clinical settings.
• Strong understanding of ethical guidelines and professional standards as they pertain to social work.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.

• Experience working in hospice, community health settings, or with clients facing significant life challenges is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices for mental health treatment and assessment.
• Proficiency in using telehealth platforms and electronic health record (EHR) systems to manage client data.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
