This position is fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your home or any location of your choice. We are looking for full-time counselors who can commit to over 30 hours a week, though we also offer part-time roles with a minimum of 5 hours per week. • Deliver ethical, compassionate counseling services through video conferencing platforms, creating a safe and open environment for clients to discuss their concerns.
• Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients’ mental health needs, and develop personalized treatment strategies that facilitate positive outcomes.
• Assist clients in establishing new coping mechanisms, enhancing problem-solving and communication skills that empower them to navigate day-to-day challenges effectively.
• Engage in regular follow-ups and progress evaluations to adjust treatment plans as necessary, ensuring ongoing support tailored to clients' evolving situations.
• Collaborate with other health professionals to integrate services and provide holistic care as needed.

As a counselor at Daybreak Counseling Center, you will primarily work with stable, low-acuity adults who are seeking support for various mental health issues such as anxiety, mild depression, stress, and relationship concerns. Your role will be critical in helping these individuals unlock their potential and improve their overall quality of life.

• A Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Current independent licensure in one of the following: LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or PsyD is essential for this role.
• Ability to practice without supervision and a clean professional record, free of disciplinary actions.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong aptitude for utilizing technology effectively in clinical practice.
• A reliable, stable Wi-Fi connection to ensure seamless virtual counseling sessions.

• Experience in a telehealth or remote counseling setting is highly desirable.
• Proficient understanding of various therapeutic modalities and integration of evidence-based practices.
• Previous work with a diverse adult population is an asset, as is familiarity with managed care environments.

• Competitive annual salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and hours worked.
