Position Overview

Envision Behavioral Wellness Coaching is currently seeking dedicated and compassionate licensed mental health therapists to fill full-time positions as part of our remote team based in Augusta, Georgia. Work Environment

This position operates remotely, allowing our therapists the flexibility to manage their work-life balance while providing exceptional mental health care. Our telehealth platform ensures that you will have the tools and resources needed to conduct therapy sessions effectively from your own workspace. With regular business hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, you’ll achieve the work-life balance that can sometimes be challenging in the healthcare field. You will also be part of a team that values collaboration and open communication, ensuring that everyone works towards the same goal of enhancing patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to understand patients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans that utilize evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions.
• Implement therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailored to the unique needs of each client.
• Maintain precise and confidential clinical records, complying with HIPAA standards and ensuring the integrity of sensitive information.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals, to provide coordinated and holistic care.
• Participate in case consultations and peer review meetings, engaging with colleagues to enhance the quality and effectiveness of care delivered to clients.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources, empowering them with the knowledge to navigate their journeys.
• Stay informed about the latest research and advancements in mental health treatment to continuously enhance your clinical practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our diverse clientele includes individuals from various backgrounds who are navigating mental health challenges such as trauma, anxiety disorders, depression, and relationship issues. Each therapist is entrusted with the responsibility of fostering therapeutic relationships built on trust, empathy, and respect, ensuring that every client feels heard and supported during their healing process.

Qualifications

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• An active and unrestricted license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) within the state of Georgia.
• An in-depth understanding of solution-focused psychotherapy interventions to address the unique needs of clients, delivering personalized care consistently.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, allowing for effective interaction with clients and the treatment team.
• A demonstrated ability to establish and maintain therapeutic relationships and provide empathetic support, fostering an environment conducive to healing.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, equipping you to navigate complex cases and guide clients toward positive outcomes.
• A collaborative mindset, valuing the insights and contributions of fellow team members while working towards the shared vision of enhancing patient care.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working within a telehealth framework is highly desirable, with familiarity in conducting virtual therapy sessions effectively.
• A minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a mental health professional with proven outcomes in helping clients manage mental health challenges.
• Specialization in one or more therapeutic modalities, such as CBT or DBT, is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
