• Conduct thorough assessments to identify mental health needs and create comprehensive, individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based interventions.

• Document all therapy sessions meticulously, maintaining accurate and timely records of client progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.

Your work will have a direct impact on a diverse client population, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. You will be instrumental in fostering resilience and promoting mental wellness, providing support to clients in various life situations and stages of recovery.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field is required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively connect with clients in a virtual format, establishing rapport and trust.
• Demonstrated empathy and a client-centered approach, ensuring sensitivity to the diverse backgrounds and experiences of clients.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills to efficiently navigate an online counseling schedule and client documentation.

• Experience in a virtual therapy setting is highly desirable, as it allows for the seamless delivery of services tailored to remote clients.
• A background in community health or patient-centered care can provide additional insights into the holistic treatment of mental health concerns.
• Familiarity with digital tools for teletherapy and electronic health record (EHR) systems will enhance your ability to perform effectively in this role.
