As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, your primary responsibilities include:

• Conducting thorough assessments and evaluations to identify the mental health needs of clients, establishing tailored treatment plans that focus on their unique goals.
• Delivering evidence-based therapy services, utilizing various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques.
• Engaging in collaborative goal-setting with clients to ensure they feel supported and guided throughout their therapeutic journey.
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions, tracking client progress and treatment efficacy to adapt approaches as necessary.
• Participating in weekly team meetings and supervision sessions to discuss client cases, share insights, and remain updated on best practices and new methodologies.

Our therapy network serves a diverse population, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and other mental health conditions. You will provide personalized care to clients from various backgrounds, ensuring that each individual receives the support they need in a culturally competent and empathetic manner. We work closely with clients in a hospice center setting, addressing both emotional and psychological needs during challenging times.

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master’s degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Proficiency in building rapport remotely, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to show empathy, compassion, and understanding towards clients facing significant personal challenges.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to efficiently manage multiple clients and their documentation in a remote setting.

While not required, the following experiences will be considered beneficial:

• Previous experience providing remote counseling services or teletherapy.
• Specialization in trauma-informed care or experience in hospice-related therapy.
• Familiarity with digital therapy tools and platforms that enhance client engagement and interaction.

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 104,000 per year, based on the therapist's caseload and experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer:
