Both have been named to the 2022 Fortune/Merative 100 Top Hospitals list, 2023 Women's Choice Award Best Hospitals list.

About this position

The Compensation Analyst partners with organization leaders and HR team members implement and maintain compensation structures and programs to support the Compensation Philosophy. Assists in the development and implementation of the Compensation strategic plan.

***This position requires you to reside in either Minnesota or Wisconsin. Relocation Assistance is not available for this position.***

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field required.   

Experience

Prefer experience in Compensation.
Prefer experience with a health care organization.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Knowledge of HRIS systems and ability to work with proficiency in databases.
Proficient with Excel, including use of formulas, functions, graphs, and pivot tables.
Skilled at developing effective rapport with all levels of the organization.
Able to analyze large volumes of data that supports appropriate compensation decisions for the organization.
