We grade, authenticate, vault, and sell millions of record-setting collectibles, all while modernizing and digitalizing the process to further our mission of helping collectors pursue their passions. We're always on the lookout for talented people to join our growing team.

Our services span collectible trading cards, autographs, comic books, coins, video games, event tickets, and memorabilia. Our subsidiaries include PSA, PCGS, Beckett, SGC, and Card Ladder.

Since our founding in 1986, we have graded and authenticated millions of items. We employ more than 3000 people across our headquarters in Santa Ana, California and offices in New Jersey, Texas, Florida, Japan, Shanghai, Hong Kong, Canada, Mexico, Germany, and France.

As part of our interview process, we request that candidates have their cameras on during video interviews. This helps foster meaningful conversation and allows us to create an experience that closely resembles our standard working environment. Certain interview steps may take place by phone. For remote roles, and at our discretion, candidates may be asked to participate in an on-site interview as part of the final stages of the process.

We understand there may be occasional circumstances requiring accommodation and are happy to discuss them as needed. Your recruiter will be able to clarify expectations and answer any questions you have.

Role Overview:

The PSA Vault is a critical part of the Collectors ecosystem, securely storing high-value collectibles while powering liquidity across our marketplace. As we rapidly scale our operations across new facilities and global markets, we're evolving our highly customized WMS to support millions of unique items and increasingly complex workflows.

We're looking for a Senior WMS Engineer (Infios/Korber/HighJump) to help build the next generation of our warehouse and vault management platform. You'll deliver custom WMS solutions, partner closely with product and operations teams, and build the technology behind one of the world's largest collectibles vaults.

What You'll Do:

  • Design, develop, and configure Infios WMS (formerly Korber/HighJump) solutions that align with business goals and drive operational success.

  • Build, configure, and manage API endpoints using API Designer to enable seamless system integrations.

  • Create custom features, reports, and workflows within Infios WMS to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Implement and refine warehouse processes, including inventory management, order fulfillment, picking, packing, shipping, and receiving, to maximize productivity.

  • Continuously monitor and tune Infios WMS performance to maintain optimal system reliability and performance.

  • Partner with warehouse managers, product managers, and IT teams to translate requirements into practical, value-driven solutions.

  • Collaborate across teams to identify root causes, resolve challenges, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Deliver reliable technical support and proactive system maintenance to ensure smooth daily operations.

  • Contribute to business continuity by providing responsive on-call support on a rotational basis.

Salary Range:

The salary range for this position is $135,549 - $220,067. Actual compensation on this range varies based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including location, job level, experience, and skill set. This role may be eligible for bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation, please ask your recruiter for details.

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

  • Over 4 years of proven success in developing and implementing Infios/Korber/HighJump WMS solutions.

  • Extensive experience with Advantage Architect, Page Editor, and other Infios WMS tools.

  • Advanced proficiency in MS SQL Server, including expertise with complex queries, stored procedures, functions, and database objects.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and adept at troubleshooting complex system issues.

  • Demonstrated expertise in WMS solution design, implementation, and long-term support.

  • Comprehensive knowledge of warehouse operations, logistics, inventory control, and supply chain processes.

  • Highly detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality, reliability, and system stability.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering effective collaboration across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

  • Infios/Korber/HighJump certification(s) is a valued plus.
