Work Environment

This position is fully remote, allowing for flexibility in your work schedule while maintaining a strong connection with clients and colleagues. You will be required to maintain regular communication using various digital tools and platforms, ensuring that each client receives the dedicated support necessary for their mental health journey. While the typical work hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., occasional scheduling flexibility may be necessary to accommodate client needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform thorough clinical evaluations, crafting personalized treatment plans based on each clientโ€™s specific needs using evidence-based practices.
  • Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to aid clients in coping and overcoming their challenges.
  • Document all clinical interactions meticulously while adhering to HIPAA regulations and other compliance standards, ensuring client confidentiality and ethical practice.
  • Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team consisting of psychiatrists, psychologists, and fellow mental health professionals to enhance treatment quality through collective expertise.
