• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to analyze clients' mental health needs and develop personalized, evidence-informed treatment plans.

You will work with a diverse client base grappling with a variety of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and substance use disorders. • Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling the establishment of relationships that facilitate trust and therapeutic connection with clients remotely.
• Strong empathetic skill set, with a deep understanding of the challenges faced by clients in mental health settings.
• Effective time-management and organizational abilities to balance multiple clients while ensuring thorough record-keeping.

• Experience in a remote therapy environment or prior telehealth experience is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and an openness to integrating new approaches.
• Previous experience working with specific populations or specialty areas can be advantageous.
