This role is fully remote, allowing for a flexible work-life balance while serving a diverse clientele. You will have the autonomy to manage your schedule while adhering to our core operating hours, which are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health, emotional, behavioral, and social functioning to create an accurate picture of their needs.
• Provide evidence-based psychotherapy and therapeutic interventions tailored to address conditions such as anxiety, depression, and PTSD.
• Design and implement culturally competent treatment plans, adapting them as necessary based on patient progress and feedback.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and primary care providers to ensure a holistic approach to patient care, including medication management when appropriate.
• Monitor and document clients' progress using electronic health records (EHRs), ensuring confidentiality and compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions and available treatment options, empowering them with knowledge of community resources.
• Uphold the highest ethical and professional standards, ensuring informed consent and confidentiality in all client interactions.

You will primarily serve a diverse patient population facing varying degrees of mental health challenges. This includes clients struggling with anxiety disorders, depressive episodes, trauma-related conditions, and other emotional distress. Our emphasis on a culturally competent approach means you will adapt your care practices to respect each client's unique background, beliefs, and experiences, fostering a therapeutic alliance that facilitates healing.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience providing psychotherapy.
• Superb communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect and build trust with a diverse population.
• Strong assessment and clinical skills, with experience in employing evidence-based treatment modalities.
• Proficient in utilizing electronic health records (EHRs) and associated healthcare software.
• A thorough understanding of mental health conditions, their treatment, and the personal challenges faced by clients.
• Commitment to confidentiality and adherence to ethical standards in clinical practice.

The salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
