• Conduct thorough mental health assessments for teenage youth and young adults, employing standardized tools and methodologies to diagnose disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices such as cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness techniques.
• Provide one-on-one counseling sessions, addressing various mental health issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral challenges.
• Document patient interactions and treatment progress meticulously, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintaining confidentiality.
• Participate in case conferences to share insights and coordinate care with other healthcare professionals, ensuring a well-rounded approach to each patient’s treatment.

Your primary focus will be on youth and young adults aged 12-24, who often grapple with various developmental and emotional challenges. Many of these individuals face unique hurdles such as social anxiety, academic pressure, or trauma. • A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.
• Active LICSW license in the state of Washington is a must.
• Prior experience in mental health counseling or social work with youth populations is essential.
