• Conduct virtual counseling sessions using secure video conferencing tools, ensuring adherence to all HIPAA regulations to maintain client confidentiality.
• Perform comprehensive assessments to identify and understand clients’ mental health concerns, developing individualized treatment plans with measurable goals.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to address a variety of emotional, psychological, and behavioral issues, enhancing clients’ coping skills and resilience.
• Provide crisis intervention when necessary, offering immediate support to ensure clients' safety and well-being during distressing situations.
• Maintain accurate records of client progress, treatment plans, and notes in compliance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing our secure electronic health record (EHR) system.
• Educate clients on mental health topics, effective coping strategies, and available resources to empower them in managing their mental health.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and community resources, ensuring that clients have access to comprehensive care and support.
• Engage in ongoing professional development, staying informed about the latest trends and research in mental health counseling.

Your role as an LMHC will involve working with a diverse patient population, including those facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more. You will play a pivotal role in helping clients set and achieve personal growth objectives, fostering a positive and healing environment through empathetic support and professionalism.

• Must hold current licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Washington.
• A Bachelor's degree in counseling, psychology, or a related field is required; a Master's degree or higher in a mental health discipline is preferred.
• A minimum of two years of relevant experience providing mental health counseling.
• Proficiency with telehealth technologies and platforms to facilitate remote therapy sessions.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to connect with clients effectively.
• A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical counseling standards.
• The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a remote healthcare team.
• Willingness to maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate clients’ needs, which may include evenings or weekends.
