Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will have a diverse range of responsibilities, including:

  • Demonstrating diligent documentation of client interactions and progress to ensure continuity of care and compliance with organizational standards.
  • Administering random drug tests as part of assessment protocols, if applicable, and providing therapy sessions that foster healing and growth.
  • Maintaining strong professional relationships with clients, their families, and other stakeholders to ensure a support network.
  • Completing any additional duties that enhance the delivery of mental health services as directed by supervisory staff.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals with varying backgrounds, ages, and mental health challenges. Your clients may present with issues related to anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, and substance use disorders. Qualifications
