This position is fully remote, allowing counselors to engage with clients from the comfort and safety of their own environments. • Provide high-quality individualized or group therapy sessions tailored to the unique psychological needs of clients, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic methods.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the mental health status of clients, collaborating with them to develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
• Maintain an active caseload, addressing the diverse needs of patients with a range of psychological conditions, and adapting interventions based on ongoing assessments and feedback.
• Utilize advanced clinical skills to effectively address crisis situations and implement appropriate therapeutic interventions in real-time.
• Document treatment plans, progress notes, and any necessary changes in strategy to track client advancement and adjust care as needed.
• Provide educational resources and support programs for patients and their families to foster an understanding of mental health issues and encourage ongoing support.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure a comprehensive approach to mental health care, integrating services from other health professionals when necessary.

The clients you will serve encompass a wide spectrum of mental health needs, ranging from anxiety and depression to more complex behavioral challenges. Your role will involve engaging clients of diverse backgrounds and experiences, fostering a safe and empathetic space for each individual to thrive. You will also liaise with families to understand the broader context of patient conditions, ensuring a holistic approach to care.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field; a Master’s or PhD is preferred and may be required for advancement.
• A minimum of two years of experience working in a clinical setting, providing mental health counseling or therapy.
• Current licensure as LMHC, LICSW, LMFT, or PsyD, as appropriate for your area of practice.

• Experience in telehealth or remote therapy delivery is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated proficiency with electronic health record systems and telehealth technology.
• Specialization or interest in areas such as trauma-informed care, cognitive behavioral therapy, or family systems therapy.

Our competitive salary structure offers a range between USD 90,000 and 135,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a starting $1,000 sign-on bonus, counselors can enjoy:
