Work Environment

This position allows for 100% remote work, supported by a telehealth platform that ensures seamless communication and client interaction. Our work setting embraces flexibility, enabling therapists to create their optimal schedule from Monday to Friday, between 9 AM and 5 PM, without the burden of on-call responsibilities. Candidates will need a reliable internet connection and a private workspace to maintain confidentiality during client interactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver weekly evidence-based therapeutic sessions via live video to adult clients, ensuring personalized care tailored to individual needs.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary psychiatric teams and fellow counselors to provide comprehensive treatment plans.
  • Utilize automatically administered symptom self-assessments, functional improvement data, and goal progress metrics to evaluate treatment efficacy and make necessary adjustments.
  • Engage in regular consultation with team members to ensure continuous support and professional growth.
  • Document all session notes and client interactions in electronic health records (EHR) accurately and promptly.
Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Remote Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will engage with clients from diverse backgrounds, helping them navigate issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress management. Qualifications
