• Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' mental health needs and inform tailored interventions.

As a Mental Health Counselor at our clinic, you will primarily work with adult clients facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related issues, and adjustment disorders. Our holistic approach emphasizes individual strengths and promotes empowerment in the therapeutic process.

• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current and active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A minimum of 3 years of experience providing therapy or counseling in mental health settings, demonstrating a strong grasp of diverse clinical approaches.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and trust with clients quickly.

• Experience working with traditional as well as telehealth platforms for therapy delivery.
• Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) software to maintain accurate client documentation and progress notes.
• Demonstration of compassion, empathy, and a non-judgmental attitude while navigating complex client scenarios.
• Strong organizational abilities to manage a diverse caseload effectively while balancing administrative responsibilities.

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between $120,000 to $130,000 annually based on your experience and caseload.
