It often times serves as a stepping stone to become a Privia sales and product SME, and move into a local-territory based role where you'll grow your own portfolio through new business sales and uncapped commission.
The Sr. Growth Manager at Privia is embedded into their market and their key responsibilities are to build relationships with prospective physician practices, generate qualified leads for a specified territory and achieve targets for the overall recruitment of providers into Privia Medical Group (PMG). The goal of the Sr. Growth Manager is to significantly grow the number of unique encounters with prospects and to increase market share by following an aggressive growth strategy. This opportunity is right for anyone who desires to be a world-class salesperson in healthcare.
Primary Job Duties:
  • 70% new business lead generation and in-person prospecting independent physician practices
  • Qualify opportunities with the goal of setting qualified appointments
  • Manage a quota and follow up with interested physicians managing opportunities to close
  • Track activities, leads, and pending deals in Salesforce (CRM) and participate in weekly sales meetings and calls with internal and external teams
  • Collaborate closely with in-office Growth Operations Associates to gather intelligence, research, and qualify prospects
  • Help to segment a market/region with the Director to further develop a target list of independent primary care practices
  • Develop strategies for maximizing our presence in-market
  • Contribute new ideas and share best practices with a rapidly scaling national sales team
  • Create relationships with potential partners
  • Follow through with communications to prospects
  • Work with the varied constituencies in Sales and Marketing to drive lead generation with top accounts and new opportunities

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2+ years of experience selling products or services in a professional experience
  • Strong objection management and sales techniques preferred
  • Experience with CRM software such as Salesforce.com preferred
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Must comply with HIPAA rules and regulations

Total compensation for this role is estimated to be $95,000-$105,000 plus restricted stock units. The salary range for this role is $60,000.00-$65,000.00 in base pay and exclusive of any bonuses or benefits (medical, dental, vision, life, and pet insurance, 401K, paid time off, and other wellness programs). This role is also eligible for a comission based incentive plan of $35,000.00-40,000.00 and restricted stock units. The base pay offered will be determined based on relevant factors such as experience, education, and geographic location.

In order to successfully work remotely, supporting our patients and providers, we require a minimum of 5 MBPS for Download Speed and 3 MBPS for the Upload Speed. This gives you an update as to how fast data transfer is with your internet connection and if it meets the minimum speed requirements.
